Phil Woodyard founded The Basement Company North after many years in the construction industry. Mike Lichty, owner of The Basement Company, had already established a strong presence specializing in basement finishing south of the Denver Metro area. In 2012, Mike presented Phil with the opportunity to expand services to northern communities. Today, our Estes Park, CO-based branch proudly serves Erie, Longmont, Broomfield, Westminster, Lafayette, Louisville, Johnstown, Firestone, and Frederick.
